Come prepared to TNW Conference

For quick and easy access to the venue, you can print your own badge at one of our self-service kiosks. Make sure you come prepared by:

  1. Completing your onboarding on your Ticket Dashboard
  2. Having your ticket downloaded as a pdf file or in your Apple Wallet

There will be several badge pick-up locations available for TNW Conference attendees.

Pick-up Locations

  • Wednesday, June 19 at TNW City Office | 17:00 - 20:00
  • Thursday, June 20 on the Free ferry service | 07:30 - 12:00
  • Thursday, June 20 at TNW Conference | 08:00 - 18:00
  • Friday, June 21 on the Free ferry service | 07:30 - 12:00
  • Friday, June 21 at TNW Conference | 08:00 - 16:00


Speakers, VIP guests and Partners of TNW Conference can also pick up their badge from one of our dedicated desks. In case of any issues, please go to the registration Help Desk located at one of the entrances.

Once arrived at the conference grounds, keep in mind that you might need to undergo one of our random bag checks that our security team has to do at the entrance.

Please follow the instructions below if you are having troubles locating your ticket:

  1. Go to tnw.to/login
  2. Enter the email address you used on the ticket.
  3. Click the link in the email we sent you.
  4. Download your ticket and show your ticket QR code at the desk.
