Even though not listed above, you can probably pick up the Nexus 7 (2013) for pretty cheap from your local retailers. Avoid buying tablets from lesser known brands even though they would be available for pretty cheap, since they are unstable, have performance issues, and rarely get updated to the latest version of Android.
