I look at the issues around the whole GPS and get incredibly angry at the shocking lack of thinking in the programming beyond that. As for number four, well, none of the 2012 and 2013 Android devices I have seen (SGSIII, SGSIV, SGSIVA, SGSIVM, SGNII, Nexus 4, Sony Experia Z) can find and maintain a mobile signal properly up here. And I live in an area with a very strong 4G signal. In fact compared to my 808 the whole mobile phone signal thing is just diabolical, and when I have had the chance to check you can see the battery drop as the device hunts around for a signal! I fully contend that the constant specification war that engulfs the Android market today is not done out of any desire to provide the best hardware to the end user but is done out of sheer desperation by the handset makers having to contend with an every growing, bloated, poorly coded, OS.

This way my screen does not turn off if I am reading something or looking at the screen for more than 10-30 seconds. I have just gotten used to touching the icon to turn off the screen which works great at not only saving battery by turning off the screen as soon as I have finished looking at it, but it also helps keep the wear and tear to a minimum on my power button
