I have bought a Z2 Plus but when i receive a call when the phone locked mode call is flashing but unable to accept the call.

Hi Rajesh, I tried several earphones with volume control but none of them calibrates with the phone. I tried to get in touch with Lenovo support and they said to do diagnosis test with Companion App. I did the test and everything looks fine but there is no specific option to test headphone buttons. So cant tell where is the issue, hardware or software. Kindly advice is you have any idea regarding to this issue. Thanks.

In reply to Mitul Rathod. The screen will turn off when you are in a call and the phone is near you ear. That’s to prevent the screen from being accidentally triggered by touch.

Hi Rajesh, Thanks for sharing this useful information. Infact, I’ve just bought Z2 plus last week. But I m finding some of the features of ZUI rather confusing. If you can help me to find the way out. Actually I m looking for IN CALL setting, where I can stop the screen from going blank while dailing a call…
