The Verge has just discovered that Best Buy, one of the largest American retailers of gadgets and other such toys, has the next generation Nexus 7 up for preorder. The 16GB model is $230, and an extra $40 will buy you the 32GB model. This new information, paired with the unboxing video and benchmark data from this morning, will make today’s Google event a bit unsurprising, sadly.
