Xiaomi also announced a beefed up version of the Mi Note at its event today — the Mi Note Pro. If the Redmi Note was packed to the brim, the Note Pro takes things to the next level. It is the most powerful phone to be ever released from the Chinese smartphone maker.

While the Note Pro retains the same 5.7-inch display as its less powerful sibling, the resolution has been bumped to 2560 x 1440, which gives it a pixel density of 515 PPI. Under the hood, Xiaomi is using Qualcomm’s latest and greatest chip — the Snapdragon 810 — a high-end 64-bit octa-core chip based on the 20nm fabrication process. Other key specs of the device include an Adreno 430 GPU, 4GB LPDDR4 RAM, 64GB of storage space and LTE Cat. 9 support for download speeds of up to 450Mbps.

Other specs of the device remain the same as the Redmi Note, including a 13MP rear camera with OIS and two-tone LED flash, a 4MP front shooter and a 3000mAh battery. The device will retail for RMB 3,299 ($530) sometime from Q2 of this year.

Beside these two handsets, Xiaomi also unveiled the Mi Box Mini and Mi Headphones. The former is a set-up box that is 1/4th the size of a credit card and is shaped like a power adapter. For its size, it packs in some serious hardware that includes a quad-core Cortex-A7 chip, 1GB RAM, 4GB storage space, dual-band Wi-Fi n and Dolby DTS audio support. The device will retail for RMB 199 and will also include a Bluetooth remote control and a 1.5m long HDMI cable.
