Google has just released a huge infographic highlighting the most popular apps, games, movies and more on the Google Play Store.
The company also highlighted the most downloaded apps according to their individual category. The infographic also states that the Health and Fitness category in Google Play was the fastest growing one in 2014.
While Facebook was the most downloaded app in the Social category, MyFitnessPal was the topper in the Health & Fitness category. Netflix, Flipogram, TripAdvisor, Duolingo, Pandora and NFL Mobile were the most downloaded apps in Google Play in the Entertainment, Photography, Travel, Education, Music and Sports category, respectively.
In the games department, Candy Crush Saga was the most downloaded game of 2014, followed by Don’t Tap the White Tile, Farm Heroes Saga, Subway Surfers, and Clash of Clans. Google also notes that Android users unlocked a whopping 3.5 billion achievements in Play Games.
The company crowned Frozen as the Movie of the Year, with The Walking Dead winning the TV Show of the Year award. The Comeback movie award was given to Toy Story.
